How is your Warhammer guild structured?

Our guild has a well defined structure, at the top, myself as guild leader. Below that are the chancellors, they deal with the more day to day things and are a great asset to the guild as they take a lot of work and stress from my shoulders. Alongside the chancellors there is an important dual role filled. That of the Lord of War, they hold the same rank as chancellor and have the same rights and responsibilities, however alongside that they must deal with tactics, raids, instances and RVR scenarios. My lord of war takes care of all of this and orchestrates our movements on the battlefield. A raid leader as it were. Below the officer cadre we have our dedicated veterans, they have been with us for some time and are the backbone of the guild. We are very grateful for these hard working players. Below that are the newer members. They too of course play an important role within the guild. Under that are the disciples, they are the 'recruits' who still need to prove themselves in battle to become members.
